By signing this you are agreeing that you understand what services will be provided and are holding your date with this non-refundable deposit of $100. If a date has not been discussed with Chelsie Autumn, this deposit does not guarantee you a date and this date must be agreed upon by both parties first. (Email Chelsie at [email protected])
By purchasing, you acknowledge your understanding of the above and also permit Chelsie Autumn Photography to use reproductions of your images for advertising purposes.
